About Me

Most people don’t need to start over.
They need a better way to rebuild.

Rainbow Resurrection was created from both professional experience and lived understanding of what it actually takes to rebuild after stress, illness, or long periods of just coping.

I have over 25 years’ experience in health, fitness, and physical training, alongside more than a decade working within NHS and health services.

This includes roles within Yorkshire Ambulance Service, GP primary care as a Healthcare Assistant, and supporting people with acute health needs, long-term conditions, rehabilitation, and preventative care.

Alongside this clinical background, I am a qualified personal trainer and kickboxing instructor, with a long-standing background in martial arts and physical conditioning.

I have also worked within addiction and recovery services, supporting people through stress, coping strategies, and rebuilding their lives step by step. This has shaped a trauma-informed, non-judgemental approach focused on regulation, consistency, and rebuilding trust with the body.

I’ve worked with people at their lowest — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and helped them rebuild in a way that actually lasts.

Most people don’t need more pressure — they need the right starting point.

Support isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about building a foundation that works with your body, your health, and your life as it is now.

Rainbow Resurrection exists to offer calm, structured support for people who want to feel stronger, more balanced, and more in control — without extremes, shame, or unrealistic expectations.

My Story Beyond This Page

There was a point where I wasn’t building anything — I was just getting through the day. My energy was gone, my routine had fallen apart, and I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

I had to rebuild everything from the ground up. Not with motivation, not with quick fixes — but with small, consistent actions that worked even on the days I felt exhausted.

That’s what Rainbow Resurrection is built from. Real experience of losing structure, losing momentum, and finding a way back — step by step.

Parts of my journey have been shared publicly, not because it was perfect, but because it was real — and I know how many people are quietly sitting in that same place right now.

That’s what Rainbow Resurrection is built from.I didn’t need more motivation. I needed structure that actually worked.

If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or like you’ve lost control of your routine… this is probably going to feel familiar.

How I Work

Everything I do is built around a simple 7-stage system.

Rather than pushing intensity or unrealistic expectations, I focus on helping you build a strong foundation first, then progress steadily through each stage.

Each stage has a clear focus — from stability and reset, through strength and confidence, to long-term balance and integration.

The Rainbow Resurrection Planner sits at the centre of this process, helping you apply everything in a practical, manageable way day to day.

Who This Is For

This approach is for people who:

• Feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burnt out
• Have tried pushing harder but it hasn’t worked
• Want structure, not pressure
• Need a realistic way to rebuild their health and routine

If you’re looking for something extreme, fast, or rigid — this probably isn’t the right fit.

But if you’re ready to rebuild properly, at a pace your body and life can sustain, you’re in the right place.

Rainbow Resurrection was created to bridge the gap between clinical health care, fitness, and real-life recovery.

You don’t need to start over.
You need to start properly.

If this sounds like you, you don’t need to figure it out alone.
