I didn’t even know I was stuck in fight or flight

I was stuck in fight or flight for years.

And the worst part?

I didn’t even know.

I’d learned about it.

Body systems. Stress response.
Fight, flight, rest and digest.

I understood it in a basic sense —
danger, protection, survival.

What I didn’t understand…
is that sometimes that response doesn’t switch off.

It stays stuck.

And that becomes your normal.

I didn’t realise that’s what chronic stress actually is.

So I never connected it to myself.

Looking back now, it probably started way earlier.

But when you’re in it, you don’t see it.

You just think:

this is normal
this is just how I am
I need to try harder

The thing is — your body always tells you.

Just not in a way most people recognise.

For some people, it shows up physically.

Low energy.
Poor sleep.
Feeling run down all the time.

Digestive issues —
bloating, constipation, discomfort.

Things that get brushed off as normal.

For others, it’s in their head.

Overthinking everything.
Brain fog.
Can’t switch off.
Always thinking about what you should be doing but not actually doing it.

Or it’s how you feel day to day.

On edge.
Snappy.
Flat.
No motivation.
Starting things and not finishing them.

It looks different for everyone.

But it comes from the same place.

Your system under pressure.

Your body constantly switched on.

Your mind never getting a break.

Your life with no real structure holding it all together.

And when all of that is out of sync…
things start to break down.

Slowly at first.

Then louder.

And louder.

Until eventually…
you can’t ignore it anymore.

For me, that was ulcerative colitis.

And I’ve always said — one day I’ll write a book on how it saved my life.

That’s when everything started to make sense.

But it wasn’t a quick fix.

It took me 7 years in total —
learning, trying, getting it wrong, starting again,
and slowly piecing it all together.

Understanding it…
and then figuring out how to actually apply it in real life are two completely different things.

And even with everything I already knew —
years in fitness, understanding the body, real frontline experience —
I still had to go through that process.

So it’s no wonder most people feel stuck.

My body wasn’t failing me.

It was trying to get my attention.

I was stuck in chronic stress.

Constantly switched on.

And when your system is like that, nothing works properly.

Not your energy.
Not your digestion.
Not your focus.
Not your consistency.

That’s the part most people miss.

They try to fix one thing at a time.

Diet.
Training.
Mindset.

But it doesn’t work like that.

It’s your mind.
Your body.
Your soul.

Then everything around it — your habits, your environment — has to support that.

That’s what actually creates change.

And that’s exactly why I built the Rainbow system the way I did.

Because no one should have to spend years trying to figure this out on their own.

What took me years of learning, trial and error, and real life experience…

I’ve structured into something you can actually follow in 90 days.

Not by guessing.
Not by starting over every week.

But by rebuilding properly — with structure.

Because your body isn’t working against you.

It’s trying to guide you.

The question is —
are you listening?
